Welcome to Inspired Teen Guidance Services
With over 30 years of experience as a Certified Adolescent Counselling Psychologist, Registered Healthcare Professional, and Health and Wellbeing Coach, my career has been a fulfilling voyage through Child And Adolescent Health, Education, And Personal Development. My extensive background has shaped me into the compassionate and dedicated professional I am today, committed to nurturing young minds and supporting their families.
At InspiredTeen, I aim to empower adolescents to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. I aim to foster transformative journeys of self-discovery and growth through personalised coaching and evidence-based strategies. By offering compassionate listening and empathetic understanding, I help young individuals and their parents make informed, positive decisions that pave the way for a brighter future.
Our programs are designed to address a range of needs, including well-being strategies, Life-Skills development, resilience training, and conscious parenting. What sets my services apart is the integration of diverse therapeutic approaches—such as storytelling, Logotherapy, REBT, CBT, Gratitude and Mindfulness Practices, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming—tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and aspirations.
I take great pride in my achievements, including being the first nurse to graduate from the Fellowship program at ISQUA (International Society for Quality) in India and receiving the Florence Nightingale State Award. As a Master Trainer for WHO-GFATM (HIV/AIDS) and Sukshema projects of the Government of Karnataka, I have shared my expertise on both national and international platforms as a Resource Person/Speaker.
Beyond my professional role, I have enjoyed a rewarding career as an RJ/Presenter at All India Radio and Doordarshan Kendra-Bangalore, and I am deeply passionate about social causes. My volunteer work with organizations like the Patient Safety Movement Foundation and the International Human Rights Commission reflects my commitment to creating a better society, particularly for adolescents and juveniles.
